Earn More Checklist: Are You All Set for Bronze?

We at Amway Philippines aim to help budding Amway Business Owner (ABO) leaders, like you, early on in their journey to success with our early incentives, such as Simplified Bronze.

So, now that we have tackled all the necessary information, benefits, and details about the program and its incentives, let’s have a quick rundown of what you’ll need to make the most out of the program and what you can gain from it.

Bronze Foundation Incentive (BFI)

I. To be Eligible

• Have you been at or below the 12% Performance Bonus schedule in the previous Performance Year?
• Have you not yet earned a Bronze Foundation Incentive or,
• Are you still within the 18-month Bronze Foundation Incentive period?

II. To Qualify and Get the Incentive

• Are you achieving 9% or higher on the Performance Bonus schedule?
• Do you have at least three (3) downlines, each earning a minimum of 3% Performance Bonus?
• Are you generating at least 40 Personal Point Value (PPV)?

III. What is the Incentive?

Every time you qualify, you will get an additional 25% multiplier on top of your Performance Bonus monthly. The incentive can be earned for up to twelve (12) payments maximum within its 18-month qualifying period, starting from the first month you become eligible and qualify.

Bronze Builder Incentive (BBI)

I. To be Eligible

• Was your highest qualification since Performance Year 2020 and this September below Gold Producer?

II. To Qualify and Get the Incentive

• Are you achieving 15% or higher on the Performance Bonus schedule?
• Do you have at least (3) downlines, each earning a minimum of 6% Performance Bonus?
• Are you generating at least 40 Personal PV?

III. What is the Incentive?

Every time you qualify, you will get an extra 30% multiplier on top of your Performance Bonus monthly. You can receive the incentive up to twelve (12) payments maximum within its 18-month qualifying period, starting from the first month you become eligible and earn it.

Aside from checking out our Simplified Bronze necessary list for how far along you are in the program, here are also a few new things that have been changed and/or need to be kept in mind by our lovely ABOs.

What’s New

We no longer require Verified Customer Sales (VCS) from the ABO qualifier and two out of three sponsored legs for both BFI and BBI. Instead, qualifying ABOs are expected to have a minimum of 40 PPV (Personal PV).

Things to Note

1. The multipliers for both BFI and BBI are fixed, which means you will get the same amount each on all 12 payments in the qualifying period.

2. Please note that it is possible to earn both BFI and BBI at the same time.

3. You can already earn the Bronze Pin within the first month of qualifying and earning BBI.

Bronze Restart & Consistency Rewards

If you have completed your 18 months BFI and BBI, you can now restart anew and requalify for them! You can read more about how to become eligible for Bronze restarts in our previous entry on the topic.

And, if you keep restarting and requalifying for the Bronze Builder Incentive (BBI), Amway Philippines also rewards you with the Bronze Builder Consistency Bonus for your consistent efforts in building your business by selling to customers and helping your sponsored legs to do the same.

To be eligible for said reward, you need to maintain your qualification for BBI for at least six (6) consecutive months. More perks will be given to you the longer you stay, which can last up to 12 consecutive months.
